Dear
Neighbor:
It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to this establishment.
Thirteen year’s goes by fast! Yes, we opened our doors
In June of 1993. Much has changed since then, most recent
being the addition of our dining room “Maggie’s”.
The name is of course the name of my late mother.
Maggie sits
proudly by the fireplace with her welcoming smile. That
smile is the same one you would vave been greeted with had
you entered the door of that small farmhouse in county Meath.
There sat Maggie, Michael, and ten children, myself being
the youngest.
Our house
was where all the kids played. I’ve often said that
mammy fed half the kids in the neighborhood. There was always
a cup of tea and a chat for any visitor - and the house
was always cozy, nice and warm. This truly is your neighborhood
Irish pub!
We are very
proud of our 13 years here and hope to be here for many
many more. We promise you will be greeted with a smile.
The kettle is always on and maybe we will occasionally have
a jar and a bit of an old- sing-song. So sit back, relax
and enjoy your visit here at Tom & Jerry’s Irish
House, Maggie’s Dining Room.... And give Maggie a
wave.
Sincerely,
Tommy & The Crew
